Gary Howarth - Dip Sec & RiskMgmt

Gary is the managing director and principal

security consultant.

He has had over 36 years' experience in end to end design, delivery, and project management of large scale electronic and

physical security solutions

in Australia, United Kingdom and the rest of Europe as well as the sub-continent.

With a strong electro-technical background his special areas of expertise are designing solutions and developing operational requirements for corrections, financial institutions, national infrastructure as well as governments and many global companies.

He has also gained much experience in

hostile vehicle mitigation (HMV) and designing vehicle security checkpoints. Gary holds a diploma in security and risk management and a security consultants license class 2ABC. He is also a member of ASIS

Steve Charles - Cert IV Sec. & RiskMgmt

Steve is a senior associate with over 36 years’ experience in all forms of

Electronic Security

including systems installation, design, integration and implementation of

IP Camera Networks,

Integrated Access Control Systems and Intruder Alarms Systems for projects of all size and complexities.

Steve also provides security consulting specifically in conducting Strategic Risk Assessments and

Threat and Vulnerability Assessments

for a variety of complex projects across several sectors and threat-based mitigation strategies focusing on technical, operational and physical measures.

Steve currently holds a Class 2A Consultants License and 2C Security license and has completed the Certificate IV CPP40707 Security and Risk Management including CPPSEC5004A and CPPSEC5005A qualifications.

Peter Waters - CPP

Peter is a senior associate and has extensive experience in preparing security operations and delivery of large-scale security and communications projects throughout the world.

His is CPP qualified and specialises in designing and advising on

Biometric solutions,

Security planning, Aviation Security and Crisis Management as well as disaster recovery/business continuity planning.

Peter also held the SCEC ASIO T4 Security Consultant accreditation for many years and currently holds a NSW Security Consultants license 2ABCEF.

Sam Samuels - AVSEC PM

Sam is a senior associate with over 35 years of global experience in many types of security disciplines and strategic risk consulting. Sam is highly regarded as an expert in the fields of security risk, system design, disaster recovery and

hostile vehicle mitigation

for high risk facilities. He also has extensive experience in marine and aviation security.

He currently holds the following certifications: AVSEC PM, CPTED, ISPS and PRINCE2.
